When a Video Chat Host disconnects from the chat room
When a Video Chat Host disconnects a guest

When a 30/60 minute session has ended
When there are communication difficulties with either the host or guest computer
To end a Video Chat session simply click on the "End Video Chat Now" button on the bottom of your Video Chat screen. By doing so you end the session itself, but remain logged in to ImLive, just click the X on ur browser and u will b Logged out of ImLive.
How do U know how much Credit U have left in Ur account? - The amount of ImLive Credit remaining in your account is displayed at the top of the Members Page. You can also click here to check your account.
When do U need 2 purchase MORE CREDIT? - If the total Credit remaining in your account is less than two minutes with the Host, you will not be able to begin a new Video Chat session without purchasing more Credit. If you are engaged in a Video Chat session, you will be notified in the Video Chat room itself that your credit is about to run out and you will be able to purchase more credit directly from the Video Chat room. You will be alerted when you have two minutes left. It is a good idea to purchase Credit in advance so you will never be kicked out of a Video Chat session due to insufficient funds.
If U get a message saying that U can't buy anymore credit - what do U do? In order to protect ImLive from fraudulent activity, they put daily and monthly limits on purchasing ImLive credit via credit card. The limits are $100 per day and $1,000 per month.
What you need to do if you have exceeded the daily or monthly limits is simply wait until the next calendar day or month accordingly. If you want to avoid being limited ImLive offers you the option of purchasing credit by Money Wire or Check and receiving a %30 bonus of Happy Hour credit and ImLive credit for FREE. Please note that for credit purchases by check, a $50 commission will be deducted from non-US checks.
